Symptoms
Aortic Regurgitation is usually well tolerated. Late occurrence of symptoms complicate the management of a resulting dilated left ventricle. If left untreated, AR will lead to symptoms such as fatigue, breathlessness, orthopnea,  nocturnal dypnoea and Angina Pectoris.
