No specific treatment in asymptomatic patients.

Antibiotic Prophylaxis is considered essential against infective endocarditis in all patients with Aortic Stenosis.

Valvotomy may be considered in infants with congential bicuspid valves.

Surgical replacement of the valve is usually the best solution in patients with heavily calcified valves and offers considerably improved prognosis for symptomatic patients.
