Symptoms
Initially, patients will usually complain they are feeling breathlessness during exercise, stress or fever. Furthermore, fatigue, breathing difficulties when sleeping, and general shortness of breath are the main complaints. Pulmonary compliance is the main  problem with elevated atrial pressure causing symptoms.
