Liability

Licensor shall not be liable with respect to the Meditron Player software or otherwise for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages even if advised of the possibilities of such damages. Further, Meditron ASA cannot be held responsible for any PC malfunction or damages caused by not having the PC connected to an AC surge protector or complied to the International Electrical Code 60601-1.
